Please read these terms carefully before using MrTrader. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
CRITICAL TRADING RISK DISCLOSURE
Trading futures and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for you in light of your experience, objectives, financial resources, and other relevant circumstances.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MrTrader (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Eligibility
To use MrTrader, you must meet ALL of the following requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
- You must not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
- You understand that signals are for informational purposes only
- You must reside in a jurisdiction where automated trading is legal
- You must comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and trading
By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of these eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use the Service.
3. Account Registration & Security
3.1 Account Creation
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Verify your email address
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Not share your account with any other person
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- All activities that occur under your account
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Enabling two-factor authentication (strongly recommended)
- Using a strong, unique password
- Logging out from your account at the end of each session
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
4. Subscription & Billing
4.1 Subscription Plans
MrTrader offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Subscription details, features, and pricing are available on our pricing page and may be changed at any time.
4.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Whop. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Provide valid payment information
- Authorize recurring charges to your payment method
- Pay all fees and applicable taxes
- Update payment information if it changes
4.3 Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
4.4 Free Trials
We may offer free trial periods for new subscribers. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you will automatically be charged for the subscription. Trial eligibility is determined solely by us.
4.5 Cancellation & Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to paid features until the end of the paid period
- Refunds are provided at our sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis
- No refunds for partial months or unused trading signals
4.6 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If we increase your subscription price, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after a price increase constitutes acceptance of the new price.
4.7 Payment Failures
If your payment method fails, we may suspend your access to paid features until payment is received. We reserve the right to terminate accounts with repeated payment failures.
5. Service Description
5.1 What We Provide
MrTrader provides the following services:
- Trading signal delivery via webhook integrations
- Signal notifications via email and push notifications
- Trading history and performance analytics
- Account management and subscription features
- TradingView indicator access (subscription dependent)
5.2 What We Don't Provide
MrTrader does NOT:
- Provide investment advice or financial planning services
- Guarantee profits or trading success
- Manage your money or act as a broker
- Make trading decisions on your behalf (all signals are automated based on your settings)
- Provide market analysis or recommendations
- Act as a registered investment advisor
5.3 Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
- Emergency maintenance or security updates
- Third-party service outages (Whop, infrastructure providers)
- Internet connectivity issues
- Force majeure events beyond our control
5.4 Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
6. API Keys & Automated Trading
6.1 API Key Storage
We store your trading preferences and notification settings securely. All sensitive data is encrypted and never shared with third parties without your consent.
6.2 API Key Permissions
You are responsible for:
- Creating API keys with appropriate permissions (trading, account access)
- Understanding the risks of providing API access
- Monitoring your API key usage
- Revoking API keys immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
- Making your own trading decisions based on signal information
6.3 Automated Trading Risks
CRITICAL WARNINGS:
- • Automated trading can execute trades 24/7 without manual intervention
- • System errors, bugs, or connectivity issues may result in unintended trades
- • Signal delays or failures may cause missed opportunities or losses
- • Market conditions may change between signal generation and execution
- • You may experience significant losses in a short period
- • Past performance of signals does NOT guarantee future results
- • Leverage amplifies both gains and losses
6.4 Testing & Demo Trading
We STRONGLY RECOMMEND using demo trading (paper trading) to test the Service before using real money. Demo trading allows you to test signals and automation without financial risk. We are not responsible for any losses incurred if you choose to skip demo testing.
6.5 Position Sizing & Risk Management
You are solely responsible for:
- Setting appropriate position sizes based on your account size and risk tolerance
- Implementing stop losses and risk management rules
- Monitoring your trading account regularly
- Understanding margin requirements and liquidation risks
- Ensuring you have sufficient capital to cover potential losses
7. User Responsibilities
As a user of MrTrader, you are responsible for:
- Account Security: Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys
- Trading Decisions: All trading decisions are ultimately YOUR responsibility, even when automated
- Risk Management: Implementing appropriate risk management strategies for your trading
- Monitoring: Regularly monitoring your trading account, positions, and performance
- Compliance: Ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations
- Tax Obligations: Reporting and paying all applicable taxes on trading profits
- Accurate Information: Providing accurate and up-to-date account information
- Internet Connectivity: Maintaining reliable internet connectivity for the Service to function
- Software Updates: Keeping your browser and devices updated for security and compatibility
8. Prohibited Conduct
You may NOT use the Service to:
- Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Share your account credentials or API keys with others
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Bypass any security measures or authentication
- Use the Service for any unauthorized or illegal trading activities
- Scrape, spider, or crawl the Service for data
- Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
- Impersonate others or provide false information
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Use the Service in a way that harms us or other users
- Manipulate or abuse subscription features or free trials
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent service limits
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

AS-IS BASIS: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
NO GUARANTEE OF PROFITS: WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL MAKE MONEY USING OUR SERVICE. TRADING INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS. PAST PERFORMANCE IS NOT INDICATIVE OF FUTURE RESULTS.
NO FINANCIAL ADVICE: NOTHING ON OUR PLATFORM CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, LEGAL, OR TAX ADVICE. YOU SHOULD CONSULT WITH APPROPRIATE PROFESSIONALS BEFORE MAKING TRADING DECISIONS.

TECHNICAL ISSUES: WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE. BUGS, CONNECTIVITY ISSUES, OR SYSTEM FAILURES MAY OCCUR AND RESULT IN FINANCIAL LOSS.
SECURITY: WHILE WE IMPLEMENT SECURITY MEASURES, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, HACKING, DATA LOSS, OR OTHER BREACHES WILL NOT OCCUR.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MRTRADER, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR:
- • ANY TRADING LOSSES, INCLUDING TOTAL LOSS OF CAPITAL
- • INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
- • LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE
- • BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR LOST OPPORTUNITIES
- • DAMAGES ARISING FROM SERVICE ERRORS, BUGS, OR FAILURES
- • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT OR DATA
- • THIRD-PARTY SERVICE FAILURES (WHOP, ETC.)
- • SIGNAL DELAYS, ERRORS, OR EXECUTION FAILURES
- • FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS (NATURAL DISASTERS, WARS, ETC.)
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MrTrader, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your use or misuse of the Service
- Your trading activities and decisions
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials
- Any dispute with other users
12. Termination
12.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account from the settings page. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end at the end of your current billing period.
12.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Repeated payment failures
- Risk to the security or operation of the Service
- Any other reason at our sole discretion
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will end immediately
- You will lose access to all data, signals, and features
- We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Outstanding fees remain due and payable
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification)
13. Intellectual Property
13.1 Our Rights
The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, trademarks, logos, and designs, is owned by MrTrader and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without explicit written permission.
13.2 Your License
Subject to these Terms and your subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal trading purposes only.
13.3 Feedback
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback without compensation or attribution.
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Informal Resolution
If you have a dispute with us, please contact us at support@mrtrader.io to attempt to resolve it informally before pursuing legal action.
14.2 Arbitration Agreement
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except as follows:
- You may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies
- Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations
- You waive your right to a jury trial
- You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit
14.3 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. Miscellaneous
15.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MrTrader regarding the Service.
15.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
15.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
15.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice.

Acknowledgment of Risk
By using MrTrader, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. You further acknowledge that:
